✈️ Flight to Istanbul — How to Travel from Europe?

There are two airports in Istanbul, and we recommend flying into Sabiha Gökçen Airport for easier access to the islands.

• Direct flights to Istanbul are available from most major European cities.
• Sabiha Gökçen Airport (Asian side) is the most convenient option for reaching ferry ports.
• We suggest avoiding Istanbul Airport (European side), as it’s farther from the city and less convenient for island transfers.

🏨 Where to Stay in Istanbul (Before the Wedding)

The wedding will take place on the Asian side of Istanbul or some neighbourgh in Bosphorus side in Europen side. in the beautiful Princes’ Islands, Büyükada. If you’re planning to explore the city before the celebration, we recommend staying on the Asian side, close to the ferry lines.

• This makes it easy to reach the islands on the wedding day.
• You can still visit the European side with a short, scenic 20-minute ferry ride, the most pleasant and traffic-free way to get around.
• Ideal areas to stay: Kadıköy, Nişantaşı, Arnavutköy
